The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has been
working assiduously for Clean,Honest, Accurate, Meaningful and Peaceful
elections. It has done so, and continues to do so without the usual
fanfare or clanging cymbals and noisy gongs. As a national parish-based
political but non-partisan lay movement established in 1991, the PPCRV
has grown to earn the respect of both civil society and ecclesiastical
bodies in its initiatives of transforming the electoral culture of the
country.
