DTI starts the ICC validation and sticker marking for helmets of motorcycle riders in NCR last July 23 and will continue until December 31,2012, for FREE, from 8am to 5pm in the following areas:
Pasay City (NCR-Area I)
Mezzanine Floor., Roxas Strip Bldg.
Roxas Blvd cor. Arnaiz Ave
Makati City (NCR-Area II)
Ground Floor, The Atrium
Makati Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas
Mandaluyong City (NCR-Area III)
Hi-way 54 Plaza, 986 Stanford corner EDSA
Valenzuela City (NCR-Area IV)
The New City Hall Compound
MacArthur Highway, Barangay Karuhatan
Bring the following:
*Motorcycle helmet
*Any one of government-issued IDs (driver's license, passport, etc.)
*Photocopy of government-issued ID
