Basic Function:
- Responsible for conducting the day to day operations of the Network and Workstation Department.
- This job entails technical assistance through support, troubleshooting, health checks and maintenance of all systems related to the provision and performance of the networks.
Preference :
- With ITIL certification
- 4 years relevant experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CISCO, HP, AVAYA PABX and other network equipment.
- 4 years relevant experience in WAN and LAN installation, configuration and implementation
- Knowledgeable in the IPAMS, Bandwidth accelerator, IPV6 appliance equipment
