Interested qualified candidates may signify interest in writing. Please attach a fully accomplished and updated Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005), which is downloadable from the CSC website (http://www.csc.gov.ph) or in this website (http://www.cscro1.net/index.php/forms), and copies of Performance Evaluation Report/Performance Rating for the last two rating periods. Submit application to the HRD not later than October 18, 2013.
CSC RO1’s territorial jurisdiction covers the national government
agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), state universities and
colleges (SUCs), government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs),
and water districts (WDs) within the provinces of Pangasinan, La Union,
Ilocos Sur, and Ilocos Norte. Presently, there are 62 NGAs, 129 LGUs, 5
SUCs, 1 GOCC, and 43 WDs in the region.
CSC RO1’s office is located at Quezon Avenue, San Fernando City, La Union.
