Premyo Sa Resibo (PSR) is the longest running nationwide, mobile, SMS text-based raffle program in the Philippines. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) oversees the program and tasks PhilWeb Corp. to manage the day-to-day operations.

How to Join

Types of Receipt

The following types of receipt may be used to join PSR:

Via SMS

One text entry is issued one raffle number and charged P2.50.

Available to all subscribers of Globe, Touch Mobile, Smart, Talk N Text (9777 & 9778) and Sun (9777 only).

To Join the raffle

• Always ask for a receipt when purchasing goods or availing of services.
• Only receipts issued by professionals, private business and/or commercial establishments for purchases of goods and services dated October 1, 2011 onwards shall qualify to win in Instant Premyo Sa Resibo and the scheduled raffle draw.
• Identify the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the establishment that issued the receipt, receipt number and receipt amount in the document.

Receipt No.: 00084293
Receipt Amount: 130.00
Guidelines in typing the text-entry message:
Keyword

1. Keyword is PSR, which is the acronym for Premyo Sa Resibo. Other combinations will invalidate the text entry.
Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN)

1. All numbers.
2. No letters nor special characters [i.e dash (-) or space] between numbers.
3. Valid TINs should have 9 up to 12 numbers.
Receipt Number

1. Numbers and Letters are acceptable.
2. No special characters [i.e dash (-) or space] between characters.
Receipt Amount

1. All numbers.
2. No letters nor special characters [i.e dash (-) or space] between numbers.
3. Do not enter centavos.
4. Comma, decimal point, and centavos need not be entered.
5. No period at the end of message.

• Send to 9777 for single entry or to 9778 for multiple entries
• One text-entry will be charged P2.50
• Text-entry that meets the specifications shall be issued an entry control number (ECN) and will be sent an acknowledgement message indicating whether or not the participant’s entry won a prize/prizes.
• Text entry that do not meet specifications shall not be issued a confirmation number and will receive any of the following acknowledgement messages:

• It is recommended to keep a record of confirmation numbers issued and the corresponding receipt used to facilitate claiming of prizes.

 

PSR Card Mechanics

Seven Chances to win!

Present a receipt to buy the PSR Card from Authorized Registration Outlets near you. It will soon be available at BIR Regional and District Offices.

Each card gives you seven (7) chances of winning:

1. Play the Scratch-and-Match (2 out of 3). You may win P20.00 up to P1 Million instantly.
2. Upon registration, each card automatically entitles you to two (2) entries for a chance to win PSR instant prizes of P5,000, MyPhone cellphones or P30.00 load.
3. Upon registration, each card automatically earns you two (2) entries to the PSR Swerte Draw during the week of purchase. You may win up to P25,000.00.
4. Upon registration, each card also earns you two (2) entries to the PSR 1M Swerte Draw during the month of purchase. You may win P1 Million.

The PSR Card Authorized Registration Outlets will perform the registration for the PSR Cards. Each card is P20.00.
